Hi I'm Tiffany,

I am a lifelong baker with a love for creating and sharing food with others.  In 2016, I found out that I had to cut both gluten and dairy from my diet for medical reasons and it was a devastating blow. 
 
Like many of you, I was sure these lifelong diet changes would mean giving up all of my favorite foods.  Some of the hardest times were the holidays, when most gatherings center around food traditions. 
 
I became determined to relearn everything I knew about baking to apply it to making the best gluten free recipes possible.  And now, all these years later, I can say I have mastered gluten free baking.  Because I never want you to miss out on another holiday tradition, I've written Perfect Gluten Free Pies to show you it's not only possible but also incredibly delicious to bake gluten free desserts. Perfect Gluten-Free Pies is my way of helping you feel included again — one slice at a time.
