Crafted from wholesome ingredients, these gluten-free delights offer a healthy breakfast option. 


Sift almond flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. 

Step 1

Add the eggs, milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk until combined.

Step 2

Let the pancake batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.

Step 3

Drop 1/4 cupfuls of batter into a hot pan or griddle.  Flip when large bubbles form on the surface.

Step 4

Top with syrup and fresh berries.  Enjoy!
