Ingredients

Combine the gluten free bread crumbs and milk.

Step 1

Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant and soft.

Step 2

Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until it's evenly mixed.

Step 3

Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Cook the meatballs in a large skillet, turning to brown on all sides.

Step 5

Add your favorite sauce or use them in your favorite recipe!
