These nutty, chocolate chip cookies are filled with chopped pistachios, 2 kinds of chocolate chips and ground pistachios.

Ingredients

Combine gluten free flour, pistachio flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder & baking soda. 

Step 1

Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar together with an electric mixer.

Step 2

Add the vanilla and eggs and beat again. 

Step 3

Add in the dry ingredients and stir on low speed.

Step 4

Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.

Step 5

Portion the dough into large balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

Step 6

Get the milk ready!
