Nothing says Christmas like a beautifully decorated sugar cookie. This recipe is perfect for your holiday baking. Sturdy enough for decorating while staying soft in the center.
– Gluten Free 1 to 1 Flour – Salt – Baking Powder – Butter (Dairy or Vegan) – Shortening – Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla
After mixing your dough, roll it out on a sheet of parchment paper.
Freeze the rolled out dough until it's stiff. Then use cookie cutters to make your shapes.
Place the cookie cut outs on your lined baking sheet and put them back in the freezer for 15 minutes before baking. This will keep the shapes nice and sharp.
