This thick and creamy dairy-free apple smoothie with banana has hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, and is the perfect treat for breakfast or a snack.
Peel the apples (optional), and slice into chunks.
Place the apple chunks and the frozen banana slices into the blender.
Add oats, yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg to the blender.
Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
