These perfectly soft & moist gluten free muffins are loaded up with chunks of apples and a cinnamon swirl that you'll love!
Ingredients
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Step 1
Add the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, apple pie spice and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk well.

Crack the egg into a second bowl and whisk until frothy.
Step 3
Add the oil, vanilla and dairy free milk to the beaten egg and whisk together.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold together.
Step 5
Add the apple chunks and fold them into the muffin batter.

Add the muffin batter to your pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then bake!
