This gluten free apple pie is perfect to eat year round, but we especially enjoy it for the holidays!
Combine the crumble ingredients in a small bowl. Then refrigerate.
Combine all the apple pie filling ingredients in a large bowl.
Place all of the spice coated apples into a gluten free pie crust.
Top with crumble topping and bake.
