This easy gluten free banana bread recipe will be your new go-to.  I bake this almost every week and it is a big hit every time!


Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Step 1

In a second bowl, beat the egg until it's frothy.

Step 2

Add oil and vanilla to the eggs.

Step 3

Mash the bananas until they're wet and pulpy.

Step 4

Add the wet ingredients and mashed banana to the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Step 6

Fold in the chopped nuts.

Step 7

Spread the batter into a loaf pan and bake!

Step 8

Just try not to eat the whole loaf!
