These fluffy gluten free banana pancakes taste just like banana bread for breakfast. This will quickly become one of your favorite breakfast treats.
Mash a ripe banana until it appears very wet with no chunks remaining.
Combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together until well mixed.
Whisk your egg in a small bowl until it's frothy like soap bubbles.
Add the egg, oil, vanilla, maple syrup, milk and mashed banana to the flour. Whisk together.
Fold in the nuts with a spatula, just a few strokes. Cook and eat!
