This easy gluten free beef and broccoli is a favorite weeknight dinner at our house. It's very quick to make, so I like it for busy evenings.
Ingredients
Whisk together the beef broth, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic.
Step 1
Cut flank steak into bite sized pieces about 1-inch by 1-inch.
Step 2
Add meat to a saute pan with the broth mixture. Cover and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, then make a cornstarch slurry and whisk into the broth mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes more while it thickens.
