Corn Pudding Casserole

This gluten free corn pudding casserole is the perfect southern style side dish for turkey or chicken. It’s full of sweetness, seasoning and flavor – so delicious!  Mix it up in about 5 minutes and bake until golden. 

– Gluten Free 1-to-1 Flour – Sugar – Baking Powder – Salt – Red Pepper Flakes – Cumin – Coriander – Eggs – Vegan Butter – Non-Dairy Milk – Poblano Pepper – Creamed Corn

Simple Ingredients 

Step 1: Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and seasonings in a large bowl.  Whisk together.

Step 2: Add the eggs, melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients.  Continue to whisk until all of the dry ingredients are incorporated. Step 3: Add the diced pepper and creamed corn.  Fold together.

Step 4: Pour into your baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
