This delicious gluten free pie crust is perfectly flaky and no one will ever know it's gluten free! Pair it with your favorite filling for an amazing treat!


In a large bowl, combine the gluten free flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar. Stir well to ensure it's evenly mixed.

Step 1

Add cold butter and shortening to the dry ingredients.

Step 2

Coat the fat with flour, then begin to break down into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Add cold water a little at a time and toss it into the fat/flour mixture.

Step 4

Once the pie dough comes together into a ball, divide it into two pieces and wrap in plastic wrap.

Step 5

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 6

Roll the dough out and bake your pie.

Step 7
