Say goodbye to tiny sandwiches and hello to your new favorite gluten free & dairy free sandwich bread.   This bread is not only full sized, but it's soft enough to eat without toasting.  Make a few loaves and stick them in the freezer for later - at only about $5 per loaf, this will be your new favorite gf bread. **also includes instructions for making it egg free**

Ingredients

Combine psyllium husk with warm water and set aside to gel.

Step 1

Combine the sorghum flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the instant yeast and mix again.

Step 3

Add all of the remaining ingredients, including the psyllium gel and mix.

Step 4

Allow the mixed dough to rest for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer the dough to a pullman loaf pan and place in a warm place to proof.

Step 6

Once the dough has doubled in size it's ready to bake.

Step 7

Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
