With Thanksgiving right around the corner, you'll want to make sure to save this gluten free stuffing recipe.  Gatherings can be tough when you're dealing with food intolerances. But don't worry, you can have all of your favorite Thanksgiving food with a few ingredient changes.

– Olive Oil – Yellow Onion – Celery – Garlic – Salt – Black Pepper – Poultry Seasoning – Fresh Parsley  – Gluten Free Bread Cubes – Vegan Butter – Gluten Free Chicken Broth – Egg

Simple Ingredients 

1. DRY bread cubes on a baking sheet in open air for at least 24 hours before cooking. 2. HEAT the olive oil and aromatics (onion, celery and garlic)

3. COMBINE chicken stock, eggs and melted butter 4. POUR vegetables and chicken stock mixture over the breadcrumbs.

5. STIR gently to coat the bread. 6. PLACE in a 8x8 casserole dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes and enjoy!
