Sweet Potato Bread

This delicious sweet potato bread is moist and filled with the flavors of sweet potato, maple syrup, brown sugar and pecans.  It's basically sweet potato casserole in a loaf! 

– Gluten free 1-to-1 flour - Baking Soda – Baking Powder – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Salt – Light Brown Sugar – Egg – Olive Oil – Maple Syrup – Vanilla – Non-Dairy Milk – Sweet Potato – Pecans

Simple Ingredients 

How To Make This Sweet Potato Bread:  Step 1: Combine all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together well.  Step 2: In a second smaller bowl, crack your egg.  Whisk until frothy, like soap bubbles.

Step 3: Add the rest of the wet ingredients (not including the sweet potato) to the egg and whisk until smooth. Step 4: Add the wet ingredients and the sweet potato to the dry ingredients.  Fold together. Step 5: Fold in the pecans, reserving a portion to sprinkle over the loaf.

Step 6: Spread the batter into your pan and sprinkle with remaining pecans, then bake!
