These quick and easy oat flour waffles are naturally gluten free and a little healthier than regular waffles.  They are perfect topped with fruit!


Mix the dry ingredients.

Step 1

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to soft peaks.

Step 2

Combine the wet ingredients with the egg yolks.

Step 3

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry.

Step 4

Add the egg whites to make the waffles light & fluffy.

Step 5

Perfect for a gluten free and dairy free breakfast.
