Are you a fan of the southwest chicken soup from Chili's? It's a delicious tomato & chicken broth, filled with chunks of juicy chicken, hominy, green chiles and cilantro. With less than 300 calories per serving, it's a healthy way to warm up on a cold night!
– Chicken – Salt & Spices – Garlic – Oil – Onion – Celery – Tomato Paste – Diced Tomatoes - Green Chiles - Cilantro - Hominy - Chicken Broth
1. Cook the onions, celery and garlic in hot oil until softened.
2. Add the tomato paste, cilantro, spices and salt.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
