This creamy vegan peanut butter pie is filled with peanut butter cups and topped with rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Combine vegan cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.

Step 1

Gently fold in the vegan whipped cream.

Step 2

Add half of the peanut butter cups and fold together.

Step 3

Spread the peanut butter pie filling into your prepared pie crust, then chill.

Step 4

Top with chocolate ganache and more peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
