This white chili will warm you up on a cool night. It has white beans, potatoes and chicken plus the perfect amount of spice!
Cook the aromatics and peppers until softened.
Add the potatoes, beans and seasoning. Then add the chicken broth and simmer.
Remove part of the potatoes and beans and mash them.
Add in the chicken and mashed potato. Continue to simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
