How to Make Oat Flour
It's easy to make homemade oat flour from gluten free oats. Make a big batch and store it in sealed jars to use whenever it's needed for cooking and baking!

Instructions
Add the oats into a high speed blender or food processor.
2 ½ Cups (240 g) Gluten Free Oats
Process until it reaches the powdery, flour state.
Transfer to an airtight container, like a mason jar, and store in a cool dry place.
Notes
2 ½ Cups of Gluten Free Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats will yield 2 Cups of Oat Flour.
