Instructions
Combine the gluten free oats, gluten free flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well to mix.
¾ Cup (64 g) Gluten Free Oats,
⅓ Cup (49 g) Gluten Free 1-to-1 Flour Blend,
⅓ Cup (70 g) Light Brown Sugar,
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon,
¼ teaspoon Salt
Add the cold butter. Use a fork or pastry cutter to combine the butter with the dry ingredients until it forms large chunks.

Add the chopped pecans and stir well to combine.
