Need a suggestion? For me, the absolute best cake here is my Small Chocolate Cake but my son would disagree and say that my Gluten Free Dairy Free Carrot Cake is tops, in fact he asks me to make this carrot cake several times a year.  Maybe you should make both to judge for yourself. ;)
